These are the processing terms that accompany the main agreement. A countersigned copy, and a BAA where healthcare data is involved, are available before go-live.
ROLES
Customer is controller; AgenVoice is processor; subprocessors are listed and change-notified.
SCOPE
Call audio, transcripts, caller identifiers and the fields captured during a call.
SECURITY
Encryption in transit and at rest, access control, logging, and annual penetration testing.
TRANSFERS
Data stays in the Azure region chosen at signature; transfer mechanisms documented where relevant.
SUBPROCESSORS
Language model and telephony providers, each with a documented purpose and location.
BREACH
Notification without undue delay, with the facts known at the time rather than a holding statement.
DELETION
On termination, export then deletion within the agreed window, confirmed in writing.
