THE SERVICE
A voice agent that answers and places calls under rules configured by the customer.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Configuring rules lawfully, obtaining consent where required, and telling callers what your greeting says.
ACCEPTABLE USE
No use for deceptive impersonation, unsolicited marketing at scale, or anything unlawful in the jurisdiction called.
AVAILABILITY
Service levels, credits and maintenance handling are set out in the order form.
FEES
Flat per-site fees as quoted. Minutes included. Changes notified in advance of renewal.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate as set out in the order form. Your data is exported or deleted on request.
LIABILITY
Limited as stated in the order form. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
