A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Let’s make the details clear.

How is my quote put together?

We look at your locations, typical call volume, call flows, integration needs, and rollout scope. Your proposal should spell out the included usage, service scope, fees, and any limits so you can review them together.

Can I start with after-hours coverage?

Yes. After-hours calls are a useful starting point to discuss. The workflow can focus on capturing requests, answering approved questions, booking where supported, and routing urgent situations according to your rules.

Are the examples on this page prices?

No. The workload calculator illustrates conversation time using your assumptions. The three options describe deployment scopes. Your actual pricing and included capabilities are defined in a written proposal.

What should I bring to a pricing conversation?

An approximate monthly call count, the number of locations, your main call reasons, and the names of the systems you use. If you have a call report, that helps us understand busy periods and the work behind the volume.

How are integration and onboarding costs handled?

Ask for these to be broken out in your proposal, including any setup work, third-party charges, training, and ongoing support. We will review the implementation requirements with you before you commit.

What if my needs change?

Coverage and rollout requirements can evolve as you learn from the phone line. Review any changes to scope, usage, commercial terms, and implementation needs with the team before expanding.
